- Rebecca Jessman, Executive Director, Mental Health & Addictions, Health PEI
- Wayne Walker, Executive Director, Mental Health and Addictions Capital Planning
- Laurae Kloschinsky, Assistant Deputy Minister of Mental Health and Addictions
