What is the average length of time a senior is on the list waiting for a unit in the Ch’town area? What is the average length of time a senior is on the list waiting for a unit in the S’side area?

Our information systems do not track the average length of time. All seniors who apply for seniors housing are assessed for their level of need. Some seniors, due to their high level of need may receive a unit quite quickly while others who have low levels of needs may wait several years and possibly never be offered a unit. Wait lists can change daily based on new applicants and changing needs of those currently on the wait list.
